“Workers were working so hard!! It was completely understaffed for the amount of people eating!!! There was 2 employees actually working with 50+ in the lobby!! This is cruel! The food was good!! But the store was a wreck, and it was like feeding a hungry mob! The entire buffet was out of pizza. There is an employee sitting at the toy counter on his phone not helping. Stop putting workers through this stuff!! Please stop torturing you workers. I have been here multiple times and have always been pleased and happy, stop abusing your workers with out enough staff on the clock!”

“My 87 year young parents wanted Red Lobster. Hour wait. Called Olive Garden, explained the situation, we got seated when we got there. The service and food was tremendous! And I had happy folks! And I was impressed on how well they sanitized everything! Call ahead, get a table and EAT!!!”
