Recent remodeling has had a positive impact on the astetics of this location. However absolutely no improvement in customer service, order accuracy, or even the gratitude generally expressed by most businesses for choosing their business over others. Proper training and supervision to new hires is a part of the problem. But management is the biggest concern. When there is a problem brought to the managers attention, it is generally blown off and treated as the customer is the problem. And sometimes it is the customer, but order accuracy, and a simple Thank you for your business can go a long way.

Sadly the best place to eat in forsyth. I mean it's not that sad I guess, but they're better than the "restaurants" here in town so yeah..take that as you will.

Have lowered my bar on expectations from this place and they still do their best to not meet them. Burgers have gotten better and are actually put together not just thrown in a sack and wrapped how they come out. The fries continue to be issue. Last batch was pes de resistance ! Hot fries with cold fries and some really stale hard fries thrown in just to make you think you may have accidentally bit down on a salt pack( not that they put those or ketchup in bag anymore). One fry was actually crispy hot on one half and raw on other end. Hopefully you chuckled at least once as you devour your dissatisfaction.
