Blue Anchor Coffee & Bistro

Food is amazing it was a 25 minute drive to get there and it was more then worth it. I have had chef Lee's food before and that's why I had to go. I had the lunch fried chicken sandwich special today best fried chicken sandwich I have ever had and could feed a small army. I am going to take that trip again for brunch on Sunday. Highly recommend!!

My mother and I decided to try the Blue Anchor for breakfast. The apple cinnamon muffin was absolutely amazing! The strawberry parfait was very good too. The coffee was EXCELLENT! I have been wanting a good place to go for coffee for awhile now. I am looking forward to trying there lattes and specialty drinks when they get them. I highly recommend coming here. Everyone was very friendly. The place is nicely decorated and has a nice outside patio area. I’m big on supporting local businesses within the community. I will be coming back!

Sunday Breakfast Buffet was AMAZING!! There were enough options to add a sense of variety but subtle enough to not feel overwhelmed in the choices! Husband and I did our best to sample a bit of everything and we were left nothing short of jam packed flavor in every bite! Biscuits and Gravy are just like granny use to make! The french toast with some sort of heaven spread in the middle was so so good! Made the experience even better to have Chef himself manning the omelet station and greeting customers! Proud to have this place in our very own backyard and call it a new local favorite! If you leave there hungry thats your own darn fault! Great job everyone! Can't wait to be back this weekend!

The food is made with fresh ingredients and you can tell. Fresh salad dressings.. so flavorful. I had the meatloaf one night and prime rib another. Both were excellent and full plates. And the Sunday brunch... WOW...awesome bacon and sausage and biscuits- homemade of course not to mention the baked goods. We will be back!
