(July 11, 2019, 5:47 pm)As Subway shops go, this one wasn't bad... HOWEVER, I happened to be the only customer inside at that time. BUT, the employee was kept busy taking phone orders while i was trying to order in person...it got annoying pretty fast after the third call. He would literally stop making my three sandwiches to answer the phone without even an apology. I can't understand why the lone person up front had to try to make sandwiches AND answer the phone while there was another employee in the back that could have helped. A little organization would have enabled the orders to be handled without leaving the customer upset.
