The Grove Family Restaurant

Their food is fantastic and the best part is that it's not overpriced! Even though every table was full and there was a wait to be seated, the service was great! My drink never went dry, and the food was on the table in a reasonable amount of time (if it hadn't been, it would have been worth the wait)!

We really like this restaurant. Sometimes I eat here once a week, but sometimes when I'm in town I don't have time to dine in.
They aren't perfect, sometimes they forget to get refills on the soft drinks, but they usually try real hard to serve you well. The food is almost always great and the prices are not too high. The last few times we visited there was rock music playing and it is so annoying. If they feel like they need to play music at least play it at low volume... and usually country music is not nearly annoying as rock. 😊
No music is good with me too.
But I do recommend this place and enjoy eating here.

The food was good, the only reason I knocked 1 star was for the service. Our server didn't keep up on our coffee so we had to flag her down and she seemed to have an attitude when we asked for more coffee. Then, an elderly man behind us asked several times for more coffee while his server (a different girl than our server) ignored him until my husband told her that the old man is trying to get more coffee. She looked at him and said slightly annoyed 'give me a second' and continued wiping her table. Overall, it seems too many of the young female staff have attitudes.

The Food is always Good. The service wonderful. One problem super busy.. hard to get a table or get seated. I guess that is a good problem to have. Order the Chicken! Best meal ever. Prices are wonderful. I feel I get my money worth. Most time you get two meals for the price of one. Buy one can't eat it all take it home for supper in a box. Have not tryed there pies or cakes yet sure are super but always too full. To try. Country cooking at its best. Try The Grove

Friendly staff and delicious food! Prices reasonable, portion size is large. Best coleslaw anywhere! Five stars is not enough. I'd give it 10+!!!!!
