The Pollard Hotel

Just fantastic.
My husband and I honeymooned here for a week and had such a great time! The rooms are beautiful and well kept. The staff is friendly, fun, engaging, and super helpful. And the location is perfect walking distance from everything on Main Street. We ambled around all week.

When we first arrived, our room was exactly as shown online, but I personally worried I'd picked one that was smaller than we'd want all week. We asked to look at upgrade options and the front desk gal happily toured us through 3 rooms and then her manager heard we were on our honeymoon and showed us an unadvertised Honeymoon Suite! It was absolutely perfect with lots of space, a jacuzzi, and a balcony overlooking the main lounge room. Sometimes there was even someone playing the baby grande piano in the room when we woke up! And the Pollard upgraded us for no extra cost!!
(Just know that the rooms don't have a mini fridge.)

We ate two meals at Marli's Restaurant downstairs and both were delicious. The night we had dinner there we went all out, every course, beverages, wining and dining with no reserve and the hotel Picked Up Our Entire Check as a wedding gift!!!! My hubby was in a daze for the rest of the evening, so so happy.
They have a super modern gym too and sauna and still managed to keep loads of historic personality from the bygone western days.

Don't hesitate to book here.

Tremendous service all around! Friendly check in, great little bar and restaurant. Ask to be in one of the “original” rooms which have the most character. We were in a room that was not one of those but next time we will know better!

I stayed at The Pollard Hotel for 9 nights last November with my work colleague Everett. Our stay was truly exceptional. Sam at the front desk stood out with her kindness and local recommendations, making our experience extra special. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive, treating us almost like celebrities. Special mentions to Randy at Marli's and the helpful "Night Guy" (I can't remember his name but he was awesome). Sam's thoughtful gesture of holding onto our belongings during our three visits showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. There are great racquetball courts in this hotel as well.

Red Lodge itself is a gem with its art, culture, and kind people, not to mention the fun Bingo night at Snow Creek Saloon down the street. The Pollard Hotel is a must-visit, and I can't wait to return to this hidden treasure in Montana.

My father and I had a great stay but were only here for one night on this trip. We were able to check in early and experience the home made donuts at check in! Gigi was great to talk with on Friday morning while checking out. She had a lot of great stories along with the past history of the hotel. We will for sure be back!!

The Pollard is where my husband and I had our intimate wedding dinner after our small ceremony. It was absolutely perfect. We were so blessed to have Heather by our side throughout the whole process. She was absolutely amazing. Day of, Heather took care as if we were family. We are so appreciative of what she did for us!

My husbands family and I both work in the wedding industry. Therefore, we have tried A LOT of different caterers. We can all agree in saying that The Pollard's food was absolutely amazing. Every single bite was delicious. We still rave about it. 100% recommend The Pollard and Heather!
