As a gluten free girlie, I loved this place! We got the semper fi biscuit sandwich and the kitchen sink. The semper fi biscuit sandwich was hands down my favorite. I loved it so much!! My husband liked the kitchen sink best.
On top of the yummy biscuits, it’s also such a cute place with a great vibe!
The only thing I didn’t love was the white chocolate raspberry mocha - it was too sweet for me and I usually like sweet coffees 😅
Biscuits were so good though so this definitely still gets 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had high hopes for a place with such a fabulous name but it missed the mark in my opinion. The food was solid but the service wasn’t friendly or easy. The cashier wasn’t helpful or friendly—and actually seemed annoyed with any questions about the menu—when ordering and our table was ignored after we ordered. There was no easy way to get more coffee since we didn’t want to stand in the long line again and you have to order at the counter. However apparently if you sit at the counter bar sometimes they’ll give you more coffee since I saw it happen for those folks.
I had to stand next to long line and was ignored by two cashiers until the one nice gal who was bussing tables asked if she could help. That’s when I explained that I never got part of my order. I would have told the different woman who brought my food but she dropped everything and disappeared so quickly there was never a chance.
Overall this place has good food but I feel the service could be improved
Too many amazing things! Long review! 10/10 across the board! We even had to Shazam a few songs from the amazing playlist! Nothing is better than jamming while enjoying a great meal! I had the Southerner and the sage and sausage gravy was so well balanced! Thick, spicy, and rich!! No one component overpowered the other! The cardamom vanilla latte was out of this world!! Being from South Louisiana means I’m a tough critic! But Lord have mercy was it great!!!
When we walked in we were greeted with all smiles! One young lady was new and when she didn’t know what to do at the register, her coworkers were happy, helpful, and optimistic! So glad we checked this place out! We’ll be back before we Billings!!
My wife and I stopped here for breakfast the other day. My wife tried the sojourner and let me say it was plated beautifully and she loved it. I tried the kitchen sink which was all right. Having had some of both dishes, I'd give the sojourner a five out of five and the kitchen sink of four out of five. So the kitchen sink comes with a bacon gravy, which was tasty but very greasy. I also found that some of my bites were more strongly seasoned than others which forced me to drink water to cleanse my palate frequently. The sojourner is made from biscuits rather than your typical French toast bread. It has a nice fresh flavor but carries over a little bit of an alcohol flavor from either the strawberries or the chantilly cream. The staff was friendly and prices were decent. I would definitely come back. I'd suggest looking at the menu before you visit.
The food is good, but I especially love the place itself. So many unique places to sit and conversate for all different types. There's the window seating for bright, intimate 1 on 1s full of joy; the standard high top tables for more grounded and practical discussions, the round-about seating in the middle for whimsical musings, and seating along the wall for those reserved, quiet meetings of the mind. What's not to love. Everything about this place tells you that you belong no matter who you are.
