TopZ Sandwich Company

This was my first order with Topz Sandwich Company. I was excited to try a new restaurant that I haven't eaten at before so I was hoping this would be something I could reorder my lunch every day from. I ordered an Italian sandwich, chips and queso and broccoli and cheddar soup. Much to my dismay, all items were greatly disappointing. The soup was barely warm and seemed a bit like it was a mixture out of the frig and had not been properly warmed and stirred up enough to dissolve all of the soup mixture. Needless to say, it was inedible, and I threw it away just after a few spoonfuls. The sandwich was not very appetizing either. The bread was so hard that it was difficult to chew up. The sandwich was very bland and was not at all delicious. It needed more of either salad dressing or seasoning. This sandwich was not eaten in its entirety either. I ate the meat out of the sandwich by itself. The chips and queso equally dissatifying as the cheese was nasty and the chips stale. Most of my meal was thrown away. Maybe this was a one off and another attempt would change my mind and present better tasting food. I'm not willing to spend another $20+ to find out. Having said that, needless to say I will not be a future customer of this restaurant.

I got an order delivered. I have had topz many times from the Shiloh location, this is my first time ordering from the heights. I’ve never had a bad experience with Topz, nor an incorrect order. I don’t understand how this place is rated so low. Delicious meat, bread and toppings. The chips and queso are amazing!

This used to be the best sandwich place in town by far. But sadly, like nearly every other great place, their consistency goes to the waysides of profit among other things.

It's great to see this local business flourish, but when the quality nearly disappears, is it worth that?

This is our third time in a row ordering Topz, previous was months ago due to bad experiences. This time is the nail in the temporary coffin for us.

Roast beef meat was obviously way overdue with a unnatural gray color and old flavor. This has happened in the past, but hoped it was only once. Once the meat is old is does not taste good anymore. Even if it saves some money, is it poor management to allow the use of anything other than fresh, as advertised.And the barely cooked bacon is a bit of a disappointment, as it's flavourless and more like rubber. As much salt is added to the au-jus it does to make up for this

Our second sandwich was a bit of a mess with sauces all over the outside of the bread.

So all else fails, we can enjoy the queso we love so much. The queso itself was as expected, but hard to enjoy when the chips in my to go container were stale as well as the second serving of chips in a paper bag.

We did call and the manager was friendly, but offered no real fix. Hmm

Seriously some of the best quality sandwiches! I have yet to be disappointed after more than a couple dozen orders.

The BEST customer service I've ever seen !
It took the lady a little more time than usual to make our 2 sandwiches (and she told us immediately it was going to be a little longer than usual). After 10 min she handed us not only both of our sandwiches, but she added 2 free cookies, a full box of chips and some queso, and 2 gift cards for 2 two sandwiches. AND she made us paid for ONLY one of our sandwich. In a time when finances are difficult for all of us, we were SO SO grateful for her generosity and her kindness. We love TOPZ, we use to eat there a lot, and we are so happy and grateful for having their businesses in our community.
You guys are AMAZING, truly.
