Kolache Factory

One of the few places in town to have southern style kolaches. The ingredients seem fresh and service is always fast.

So at this rate, I'm addicted to these kolaches. Once I tried their bacon egg and cheese i was hooked forever. The perfectly balanced flavors and equally perfect portion sizes earns this place five stars all on its own.

However

Theres a sixth star I'd give this place just for Alvaro alone. You treat this man right and he treats you like family. I am by no means a morning person, but all it takes is a bit of comfort food and a short encounter with his infectiously positive attitude and I feel encouraged for the day ahead.

The food is what brought me here, but the staff are the ones that made me a loyalist - no mcdonalds breakfast for me ever again.

And this here, people, is the short version of everything i love about kolache factory. I could write a short novel here. Just take my advice: start with my first love, the bacon egg and cheese. After that just try everything and you'll find 5 or 6 kolaches you fall in love with forever.

Delicious, affordable and quick. The service is consistently good.

I wish the size of them were more consistent or get two for the small ones.

Don’t forget to ask them to heat it up if you are eating them right away.

My family is Czech and I grew up eating these. Here they are just amazing and they have so many flavors! Sasuage gravy is my wife's favorite and I really enjoy them as well. The if I lived any closer I feel I would be there all the time.

Very good Kolaches, wide variety of flavors (sweet and salty) and great attention. We were there recently, and the attention of the young lady at the counter was very kind and friendly. It's nice to go to a place that has excellent product and excellent service.
