(June 26, 2019, 1:26 am)When they first opened I was ecstatic. The broth was good and the ingredients were tasty ...and they still are.
It's a well thought out bowl of delicious broth, especially the Tonkotsu variety, and some tasty and chewy noodles that are very pleasing.
The problem is that I've been to several other ramen shops in town, and this just isn't as good. Ika in Benson has so much more flavor, better sides for order, and has a way cooler vibe... it also isn't in a mall with teeny tiny (did I mention they were small?) parking spaces outside. -

(February 18, 2019, 2:01 am)Very flavorful food!!! The pork buns, almost like little tacos, were so good!!! I like the style of the noodles I got and the flavors were very versatile and combine well together. The staff was friendly and helpful in ordering as it was our first time there! Great food for the money!:)
