“If you're on a road trip and need some gas or some really good snacks for the road, this is the place to go. They have burritos, chicken sandwiches, wings, potato wedges, chicken pieces, bacon wrapped pork, corn dogs and my favorite chicken strips. They have the best honey mustard sauce ive ever had. The staff and management are always super friendly. The bathrooms&showers are always clean. They also have a family restroom for anyone traveling with kids. I highly recommend this for anyone on the road.”

“Such a great place. Every year we visit, we make sure to come and say hi. Staff is sweet and friendly. Food is pretty dang good too. Just a spot that you have to hit. If you are looking for a an uptight place to take your uptight wife and kids definitely skip this spot so non of us have to deal with you. Haha. “I came in for lunch and was waited on very quickly. The waitress was very friendly and nice. I ordered a cubano sandwich and it was great. The food came out quickly and it was so good! I opted for the soup. I can’t resist broccoli cheddar but the chips looked amazing. I can’t wait to go back and try them next time. There will definitely be a next time! “Looking for healthier dining options in Ogallala Ne? Try 308 Lounge. My dinner companion had Chicken Tiki Masala served with rice and naan bread. Add the rice to the light, slightly spicy/rich sauce with chicken, and scoop it up in pieces of soft naan. I had the 308 Signature sandwich brought on a buttery-toasted bread filled with grilled chicken, lettuce,tomato, and pickle. It dripped tomato and chicken juice until I surrendered & used a fork. The steak fries were lightly crisp outside, soft inside, and did not have a heavy oil-fried taste. More casual dining than lounge with well-positioned TV's to watch sports and cute pets. Full bar, pool table, small game room. Excellent service. Separate entrance but also shares a connection into the Quality Inn hotel.”

“We were so excited to find this gem along our road trip route in lieu of the fast food we would’ve been otherwise stuck with. We got a turkey sandwich panini style and a brisket sandwich and they were two of the best sandwiches we’ve ever had, for a very reasonable price. If we are passing through around lunch time on our way back we’ll absolutely be stopping again! They also had nice rocker/chairs on the patio that we were able to enjoy the sandwiches on. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.”

“My family and I stopped into Country Pride for a nice, sit down dinner. 3 of us ordered the Smothered Steak burger with mashed potatoes and veggies. Then we had one who got breakfast.....boy did that look amazingly delicious! Lastly, one ordered a burger and fries. The gentleman who brought our food and drinks was very polite, friendly and made it a nice dining experience. It was kind of late so the diner was pretty empty. The only complaint we had is that our vegetables were cold. All in all, I can say we all left with our bellies full and with great satisfaction at our meals of choice.”

“The best Veggie Sandwich I ever had! Freshly baked warm French roll with that great yeast smell of homemade bread - like the kind you may have made in elementary school. They take the time to finely chop the ingredients in the sandwich to create the best flavor while eating. The sauces on the sandwich are delicious too. I had the outstanding sweet potato chips that where super thin and light that came with a fabulous brown dipping sauce. You must try this place if you appreciate great food.”

“This outdoorsy wooden kind of country building is actually a local restaurant. I was fooled, I say!!! Upon entering the long ramp up to the doors, I was eager to see what's inside. This very spacious, hearty countryside restaurant was extremely unique. There are multiple rooms available for a variety of activities and festivities. If you keep walking all the to the back, they do offer out of doors gatherings. I would have loved to see the staff more engaging as a new customer with questions about their eatery. Next time, I'm sure. 😉 WOW! I just fell in love with this beefy bacon cheesey burger, and the side items were fried pickles and greenbeans. The burger was magnificent and beefy. The toppings, tomatoes, pickles, and onions were sliced just right to accent this beefy burger. The fried pickles and green beans are heavily coated in batter with a delicious flavor, but both items are spicy. I was a little disappointed in the spice level in these two side items. I was not able to enjoy either one of them. They have many other side items to try, and I will be back to enjoy!”
