    Love the food and Poppie is a great cook and man he will take good care if any of his customers. A owner's personality says a lot about the service and quality.

    Best smoked chicken I've ever ate! Recommend the greens and cornbread to go with it. You'll need a to go box, or a very BIG appetite. Great place for the family or a single meal! I have to run there in my wheelchair from 33rd and O and it's worth the time it takes to recharge to be able to get home. Thank goodness the weather is getting nicer because I'm going into withdrawal without my Poppi's BBQ!

    Just tried Poppis for the first time and I loved it! Ordered their hot wings and the smoke flavor really sets them apart. Great service ill be back!
