The only thing that would make this place better is if their upper management could get a chip-reader for their payment processing system. There is a bank next door to grab money from an ATM, but that is a little inconvenient; they just need to spend a little money to upgrade their systems. Other than that... great place to go!”

The staff are friendly enough, but service was not very fast (during weekday lunchtime) or always efficient. (It took several tries to get my soft drink refill correct.) Fortunately, as long as you have the time and a bit of patience, the experience is satisfactory. The restaurant looked clean and the quality of the food was as expected for this restaurant chain.”

“I have been to several Taco Bell locations and by far this is the best. I come from Omaha to Bellevue just to make sure my order is made right and timely. The staff here are very friendly and truly care about the quality of my food. It’s always clean inside the dining room. “I debated between a 4 and 5 star rating. I Ultimately gave them a 5 because of their service. The steak we received was over seasoned for my tastes but my partner said he could eat it but also agreed. The baked potato I had was a bit dry as well. I did not bring these up as an issue because I just forgot to and it wasn't a big deal as my partner was willing to eat the rest of it, so I'm not going to count it against them. I feel like they would have fixed it as the last time I had an issue they went above and beyond. My partners steak was fine. The amount of asparagus is very little though. It's actually a very comfortable restaurant to go to. It has large booths and easy parking. You are offered fresh bread as soon as you sit. For the price it's ok. You can hit up some of their deals to make your money go further. They have a dine 4 times and get 50% of your next bill deal with dine with us (something you need to sign up for). The nice thing is there are a few restaurants so you aren't limited to this one.”

“Decent location to get your subs. Friendly enough staff. There was a line when we went but they handled it pretty quickly. They didn't spread out the chicken evenly in the sandwich so there was a lot more in the middle and the meat to sandwich ratio wasn't even. This location is in a strip mall with shared parking inside the twin creek shopping area, behind the burger King and taco Bell. You can often find coupons for them in the mail. The most expensive sandwiches seem to be about $7.99 for a foot long. The bread was fresh and fluffy when I got mine. Don't be afraid to ask for more of something if you feel they aren't giving enough.”

“Clean restaurant. Staff was so welcoming. My poor husband was due for surgery the next day and in immense amounts of pain. We explained our situation to staff and they didn't even blink to help us out and provide us a private and comfortable space so everyone could enjoy their meal. The buffet was frequently stocked and didn't seem to run out of anything for very long, if at all. We'll be sure to return next time we are that way. Also.. MAC-N-CHEESE PIZZA IS LIFE ❤️”

“I honestly was a bit disappointed with the offerings here. I guess I had built up a high expectation based on other comments that this experience didn't live up to. I had a bowl of chili and a club sub sandwich. A pickle came with the combo which is always a good thing. A decent, if not common variety of chips (I got Sunchips), but the sandwich itself seemed kind of...dull, I guess? Not a lot of flavor to it I guess and the chili was pretty bland as well. For the serving size and cost, I felt it was overpriced. Not saying it's a bad place to go. Staff was friendly and helpful, if not somewhat subdued. The place was clean and picked up. The parking lot it shares is horrible. I won't go out of my way to eat there again but if I'm in the area, someone else brings it up and is buying, I'd eat there again.”

I really like the two-side combo for $7 where I usually get a salad and either cookie dough or cheese bread. Also they have adapted well to the pandemic distancing best practices. They have a good text message campaign where you can get decent deals.”
