Blume Restaurant Las Vegas

We're started with happy hour at the bar. The charcuterie plate was very filling and had very tasty options. Jordan, or bartender, was very friendly, knew a ton about the menu, and had really good suggestions. When we're day at our table our was very comfortable and Joseph, our waiter, was so welcoming. The food was really well prepared and delicious.

Not often I would take the time to write a great review. However, I must about this restaurant called Blume. If you’re looking for a great vibe and upscale atmosphere in Henderson, you MUST give this place a shot. I spoke with the owner, Daniel. And speaking with him, very much impressed me. His vision for the restaurant and passion. And his loyalty to serve the local residents. Daniel said, he thought hard about the clientele he would like to attract. The decor flowers for the woman but also a great vibe for the gentleman. The un-rushed service, the amazing food and a great staff that goes above and beyond. You don’t have to worry about paying the strip prices but you will receive that impeccable service. Daniel surely won me over. This place gave me that WOW factor. I highly suggest giving this place a try!! Trust me.

Once again Blume never disappoints! The food and service provided was perfect and left my guests and myself satisfied with no complaints. Special thanks to Blume and The Blue Hair Agency for producing the perfect birthday dinner complete with decor, great food and perfect service.

The atmosphere is very upscale. I had an egg white frittata with avocado and hash browns. It was all delicious. My husband had a breakfast burrito and he enjoyed it thoroughly. The servers were extremely nice and helpful. We look forward to returning and trying another one of their wonderful dishes.

The food was absolutely awesome! The bartender and server, Jordan, was super friendly and amazing. The other servers were really nice as well. The restaurant was clean and the ambience was nice. The reason why I gave 3 stars is because the customer service became poor during our dinner. Once our dinner was served, we were left with no water, drinks, or attention. We waited over 30 minutes and we had to go up to the bartender to ask for our cake to be served as it was our friends birthday. We had to flag down servers just to get some water. After 45 minutes, the cake was still not served until we flagged down our server again. There was an event at the restaurant as well, but I completely blame the management for poor staffing. The staff needs to learn how to juggle multiple tables and multi-task. There was no excuse for poor customer service. They either need to staff more or have the bartender focus just on drinks and not wait tables at the same time. Come here for the food, but not the service.
