Domino's Pizza

The only thing that could make this better would be if the Domino’s tracker had something like the Uber app so you could actually see where your driver is!

It is not often that I have to call in special requests when I order from Dominos. I was being helpful and placing a large order for my training class under my personal account (since I know how to navigate Dominos so well;). However, I completely forgot to ask for plates, napkins, condiments, etc. I called up and was lucky to get a guy named Darius. Not only was I lucky enough to catch our Pizza courier ( a trainer who was nice enough to pick up the pies), but he passed along all of the requested items I had forgotten AND I forgot to give the trainer the number to call when he got back so we could send down help to bring them to the second floor! I had to call back a SECOND time and then Darius passed along the phone number, writing it down and handing it off. Talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Thank you Darius for being a champion at your job and Precious, who I saw is the manager, if you read this, please put him up for Employee of the month! He earned it!!!

After ordering from this place for years and they also have all my information including credit card number, after driver brought the pizza to my door this afternoon wouldn’t hands me the pizzas after bringing them out of the bag until I paid him first.
He said “he had problems before with others “ with out realizing I’m seiner citizen with sold white hair and canes.
After he got his bill and tips he hand me the pizza and said “sorry “

A little training from Dominos Pizza, it goes along way for people dealing with a customer face-to-face

Love this pizza. Wisconsin with bacon is the bomb. Great job and thank you for bringing the cheese paks and getting hot pizza on football and race day is all I can ask for, Great Job!

Love the food. The staff is so friendly. I love going in to order so I can watch them make my pizza
