Little Caesars Pizza

We had the new thin crust pizzas. They are good with flavour and plenty of toppings, but the pizzas were not cooked long enough so the crust was very soft. No browning at all on the crust.

Quality control was bad this past Friday. We bought 4 pizzas with a couple breadsticks orders and sauces. Used the online ordering system and retrieved from kiosk 5 pizzas, half of which were wrong. Yes, 5 pizzas which is why I added a star. We wanted to try the thin crust so we ordered a pair of them and didn’t get a single thin crust. We got two Hawaiians instead of one. And they threw in a 3 meat for good measure.

I wasn’t even able to check the pizzas because people were crowding the register and there wasn’t any space to. Wasn’t til I got home that I realized I had 5 pizzas.

The breadsticks were good, had to ask for the sauces for the breadsticks that I had bought instead of it being loaded in the kiosk with the breadsticks.

Overall, it’s Little Caesar’s so what is there to get overly excited about? I will be coming back and look forward to moving the review up a star if the experience is great.

I’ve been to this store many times and it seems whenever I order instead of just pick up whatever is hot n ready, I have some sort of issue. It’s gonna take a great experience to get that 4 star out of me.

All I can think about now is what the thin crust might taste like. I wouldn’t have to wonder if they had gotten my order right. Next time Little C...next time.
