Service was superb in this Mcdonald’s, and I’m referring to this cheerful young employee - Azlan.
We came to have McRib this afternoon and was planning to get the 2 for $6 deal. Upon ordering, we were told there’s no such a deal because they are a standalone restaurant in the Walmart. He apologized so sincerely and gave us other food suggestions, which he didn’t have to apologize for it. He also were smiling the whole time when he was explain why they don’t have the deal as other McDonalds do.
I have been to Mcdonalds all over the States and this is the first time i have encounter this.
I feel like i received a million dollar service at this Mcdonald’s.
I honestly suggest anyone who owns a retail / customer service focused company, should come see for themselves and hire Azlan. He is worth million dollars.
