The restrooms are outdated, to the point of looking dirty. The music was exceptionally loud which normally is welcomed but the speakers kept popping and all you could really hear was every other syllable. The food is usually very good but tonight's chef(s) way over did it with the oyster sauce in every dish we ordered. We painstakingly had to return the Mongolian beef, it tasted like shrimp and the cut (skirt) was undercooked, its supposed to be crunchy (when ordered here) but it was soft beef as though we'd ordered the broccoli beef. Chelsea, our server, as she named herself was phenomenal. She was clean in way of not touching her face or head, she was insightful and personable. She was incredibly busy but still maintained her professionalism which was much appreciated and shown by the generous tip left by my wife. It's always a pleasure when eating here, just tonight things seemed off.
The food is delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would have given them 5 Stars but they were out of all things, pork egg rolls, Mongolian pot stickers, pork egg rolls, vegetarian spring rolls, avocado rolls and tiramisu. Hopefully next time they'll have their kitchen better stocked.
PF Chang's is always busy, but exceptionally busy on New Year's Eve. It was my birthday but we'll worth buzz. Manager took some time to come over to the table to see if everything was good. Nice job.
Let me start off by saying that I have only been here for lunch about 4 times. The food tastes freshly prepared and is good but only moderately spiced. I have always enjoyed my meal, but I would call it Chinese light or Chinese for Americans. Staff is friendly.
Great place with great food. Just tried the new noodles and they weren't bad. Of course had the fried dumplings which is a must when visiting! They have so many good choices you'll find something to suit your taste! Enjoy!
