Prosecco Italian Osteria

Went here last Friday and was immediately greeted by the owner and other staff who were all very friendly. Our wait staff - Christa I think her name was - was very nice and friendly. Their meatballs and sauce are out of this world. The capresse salad was yummy, too. My friend had a dish with a sausage and pasta on it which looked good enough and I had a cold sandwich with prosciutto and arugula on it on ciabatta bread with a salad, which was bland - not enough dressing on it for my liking, and the sandwich had only prosciutto and arugula on it - nothing else - so it was extremely dry, but the prosciutto was high-standard and good. They even brought us some wine towards the end of the meal on the house, and since it was my friend’s birthday, they gave him a huge hunk of tiramisu- which was boozy and awesome and just wonderful! So yes, they are new, they are worth a try, but next time, I think I will try something different on their menu.

I dined that prosecco italianosteria on Wednesday March 30th for the first time restaurant is nicely put together very comfortable clean looking inside I did dine outside food is good I had their soup of the day which is a roasted cauliflower and sausage it was good could have been a little hotter the Caesar salad is a good choice one of the better Caesars that I've had and there meatballs tricolor were very good excellent meatballs delicious sauce for my entree I had lobster macaroni and cheese as per a recommendation didn't really care for it lacked flavor and you tasted the lobster but not much of anything else anyway my mother makes the best macaroni and cheese God rest her soul will be returning today to try some other dishes the owner Alessandro nice gentleman good place for a casual meal relaxing and take out food is available

The service was amazing, Gino our server was fantastic. So excited to have a great Italian restaurant close to our home. Definitely a must try!

The food quality is really high. All the food is authentic and so tasty. Most of the products are imported directly from Italy and is super fresh
