Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I have traveled to this location multiple times instead of visiting the one five minutes from my house. The reason is the kitchen and the wait staff. I have never once been giving the wrong order or been given food that seemed like it had been setting under a warming light for a while. I have NEVER had to ask to have a drink refilled or ask for extra napkins or condiments. These have been given to me or suggested to me before I had to ask. The service is top notch compared to the Galleria mall location in Henderson.

The food from this location came out fresh and made to order. Our bartender, D'Vontae, was very attentive and knowledgeable. He ran his station very well and communicated to other staff well.

We ordered The Love Burger and exchanged the meat with Impossible Patty and it was the best tasting burger I've ever had, that was non meat. We also ordered the Smoke and Pepper, along with garlic sweet potatoes and onions rings.

The women's bathroom need some love, but overall the cleanliness was great.

Absolutely love going to Red Robin. This location always does great with their service food and fun. I've tried almost every Burger there and now I am substituting the Crispy chicken breast on all of the hamburgers.???????????????????????????????????????????? Not to mention the ultra delicious onion rings the Red Robin spice and one of my favorite desserts of all time the mountain high mud pie. I have to definitely get it every single time I go and we make it extra special trip on the birthday. yuuum!!!

It's a great place. Easy to get in and out of. Great service and Shannon was great to us. Look for the discounts on your emails after you sign up for their member program!
