Sin City Smokers Barbecue and Catering

The three stars are for the mac and cheese, the apple blossom tea, and the mint peach lemonade. Everything else was blah. The beans are way too sweet. The meat was tender in places and not in others. The ribs were full of fat and very tough and chewy. And to kick it all off. The tagline for the business is " when you smell the wood, you know its good" however it didn't smell like a smoker at all...there was no wood smell to be detected.

Update: went back on 12/31 called in the order picked it up and even ordered the same thing plus 2 fish platters. I wish the barbecue was as good as it initially was and the sides, it was just okay this go round. The fish and fries were good but it just not a 5 star anymore.

Pleasantly surprised of how much food I got with both orders everything was really good, was craving some barbecue and this was tasty. The macaroni was cheesy, the baked bean caramelized, the texas toast a nice addition, all five meats tender and the steak burger indeed medium well as suggested. Glad this place is only 10 min away, we normally wouldn’t eat large portions of meat as this but we decided to cheat. Glad we did.

Good BBQ at a fair price. Ultra casual dining. Patriotic decor. Good people. 2 for 1 beer during Golden Knights game. Who doesn't like free beer?
- Baby Back Ribs - 4 star. Off the bone, just a bit dry and needed sauce
- Hot Links - 4 star. Good spice. Some snap. Nice portion
- Mac'N'Cheese. 4 star. Very good, just not enough
- Maple Baked Beans. 5 star. Hard pressed to find better.
- Corn Bread. 5 star. If they have some out, buy it.
- Red Velvet Cake. 2 star. Dry, and not even the frosting can save it
Note: If you are used to Lucille's, this place is not like that. If you are used to meat served on butcher paper without frills (like in the South), this is your place.

My favorite day is always Thursdays! They have the The big daddy Mac- burnt ends and Mac and cheese. Such a delicious dish, and the portion size is definitely worth the multiple trips! Can’t forget about Fridays, they have full rack Friday for 15$, don’t mind if I do. They have so many great options and good, it’s definitely hard to stay away from here. Did I mention they have daily specials and weekly specials. Would I recommend this spot? Yes, yes I would. Perfect for the family and friends. They have a fun game night on Tuesday with specials and board games for the kids to enjoy! What a Score...

I stopped here for lunch today, and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the Brisket Baked Potato and I must say, I enjoyed the meal. As soon as you walk through the door, you can smell that wonderful BBQ smoke. You're also greeted by friendly staff. The walls are tastefully decorated and they got one impressive trophy cabinet. It was my first time there, but I'll go back if I'm in the area.
