Fast service at this drive through. So-so coffee as always... But convenient.

The staff here is usually very friendly and quick to serve your drinks. I have a medical exemption for masks and have never had an issue ordering here until today. I was told to wait outside in 48 degree weather for my drink. The barista was incredibly sweet and understanding of my exemption and carried on a genuine conversation as I ordered. I had a quick word with the shift lead regarding the situation when she brought me my drink outside. It is clear that this “policy” was made up by the manager and it does not fall in line with the NV state mandate (directives 045-047) or corporate policy. Nevertheless my drink was delicious and I appreciate the shift lead taking time to speak with me about my concerns.

Good service -- Update -- a little concerned on my last visit. There was two people, a man and woman, walking around without a mask. When there is a clear sign on the door saying it's required. Yet, not one staff member addressed it. May have to find a new location as much as love this one. My health is not worth it

wonderful service! a wonderful environment to relax and get work done in as well. i couldn't be happier. all the workers are doing a wonderful job and i hope they know that!
