Sweet Tomatoes

Even if the restaurant name throws you off, this is a great place to eat. As one who does not like tomatoes really in an form, I drove passed this location for years. Finally one day I decided to stop in and see. Upon walking in the door and being greeted by a double-sided salad bar, I had no idea what to actually do. So I retrieved a plate from the rack on the wall and started building a salad. Once my plate was brimming with grown salad items, I made it to the cashier, paid for myself, received a drink cup and then found a seat. I consumed my salad and was looking around. I didn't realize at first there was a hot bar with pizza, soups and pastas. I thought this was a tomato place, and I'll admit to being wrong. I also discovered the desert area. My only suggestion for the folks at Sweet Tomatoes is to post how it works at the front so people that haven't been in before know what's available. Overall, I will be back, food was fresh and being able to make my own salad was a big plus.

My wife really liked the soup tonight. Was rather busy tonight but with kids eat free night, I expected it. The benefit of that was everything was very fresh tonight, though it usually is fresh. Even though it was very busy, we never had our plates pile up. The floor people were very frendly.

Healthy food, great staff. I love this place. Just no sugar-free items for diabetics. Needs to have ingredients listed

Always good food. Didn't get their names but man and woman that appeared to be managers were fantastic!! Greeted us, held the door open and had conversation, was very welcoming and friendly. They were genuine not just a standard greeting. Thank you!!

I grew up on sweet tomatoes. This place is like a part of history for me. Nostalgic. But I just wish they had more of a selection. More types of food other then salad. Cause their salad bar is really good. Over all, I'd recommend Sweet Tomatoes.
