The Chicken Shack (Downtown Henderson)

We arrived around 12:30 there was one person sitting in the lobby eating lunch one person standing in line out of the tables that were there there were only to clean in the entire Lobby why the for employee stood around doing nothing don't know how long they been dirty but they didn't even clean them in the new customers came in and there was plenty of time to do so and they put food for people on dirty tables versus wiping them down when we left. The food is Bland unless you want to put sauce on all the chicken which I know most people do but for me the breading on the chicken had no taste and there's an additional charges for the sauces that they offer you so a little expensive for chicken I was more disappointed in the condition of the restaurant given the fact that it was not busy when we arrived in next tables could have and should have been cleaned

I've been there about 3 times already. Never disappointed. I like the spicy ranch!

The food is good. The service is lacking. Took awhile to even place my order because the cashier spent a good amount of time talking to a friend instead of ringing in orders. They got my order wrong when I visited, it's fine it happens, but the cashier made the ordering process so tiresome that it just made the situation worse. If someone says hey I've never been here how's it work? You generally give them an overview and guide them through the menu. It felt like pulling teeth to try and get the girl to clarify what I was ordering. Too much work for a basic chicken sandwich.
