595 Craft And Kitchen

Very small and quant bar and restaurant. Came here after spinning the cuisine wheel and landing on burgers. Looked up best burgers within 5 miles and 595 came up. I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life but the Craft Burger was something refreshing and different. I don't know how to explain it but the ground beef was fluffy. It didn't feel like a patty that was squished together. The meat may have been a little less salty than I would like it to be but the bun definitely made up for it. By reading the menu and the specials on the chalkboard you could tell it was either Hawaiian owned or managed. This place made it into my locals list to visit more frequently.

Great service and menu. Spicy chicken sandwich is unbeatable. I am not a beer drinker but my friends appreciate the rotating beer list.

Good food, but this place is too far from the strip to be interesting to those without a car. Beer list is good, but mostly Southern California beers, which is great if you are from anywhere but So cal. Nice servers. Great selection of beers to go at premium prices.

Great place to grab a bite and quick drink after a rough, stressful day. Food is good and drinks too and reasonably priced. Happy hour 3 to 6, but i liked their mixed top shelf over there well drinks. Wings were a little salty for me but tuna sandwich was awesome and so was the cauliflower.

Update: I ordered the appetizer wings with buffalo flavor, i like some salt but the salt on these was a little overwhelming.
