(April 26, 2019, 8:51 pm)A Hawaiian cuisines sampler small restaurant chain in Vegas. It offers popular dishes of many cultures and groups of who have come to call the islands of Hawaii home.
Ironically, besides a pork dish and the popular Spam (luncheon meat), there are no native Polynesian dishes here. Most of the dishes are fusion American staples and Korean, Japanese and Filipino native dishes.
My combo meal of Kalbi (Korean short ribs), Katsu (Japanese fried chicken cutlets) and Japanese beef Teriyaki with rice and a Filipino spring roll (pork filled) was not bad for the price.
Basic and plain decor and clean place.
Service was good and the young lady was helpful and friendly.
