BabyStacks Cafe 2 (Spring Valley)

Came here because of the raving reviews on Yelp. I sat at the bar and ordered my food. Service was good and they do get busy.

Food:
Best Seller - Red Velvet Short Stack pancakes. It was topped with fresh whipped cream and chocolate crumbles. Also came with cream cheese syrup (I asked it to be on the side.)
Added bacon too.

The red velvet was okay. I was not impressed but it could've been just my order. I definitely want to return and have other dishes.

Very good place for breakfast. Its a loud fun environment. They have such a large menu it is hard to choose what you want.
The employees were all bubbly and friendly. The food was quick, hot and fresh. The portion size was ample. I would love to come back again and try some of the other things.
The only thing I was disappointed with was the potatoes, everything else was made from scratch and they looked like bagged frozen ones.

We make it a point to visit this place every time we're in Vegas. Food is usually hot and fresh, and always tasty! They have a wide variety of different types of pancakes. My personal favorite were the Bananas Foster and I've eaten about 7 of the different types of their pancakes. My girl got the Eggs Benedict and loved them as well. Great job!

BEST Las Vegas breakfast, hands down. Also, I'd say best breakfast I've had in years! The portions are great as you can see and a very good price for what you get. The menu has great options for breakfast. Both times we went (twice in 2 days), we had omelettes w/ potatoes and upgraded to their specialty pancakes over the regular pancakes/toast option for less than $13 each. You won't be disappointed if you want sweet and savory. Delicious!

An absolute gem! A family member recommended this A+ spot and I am over the moon. The food is FANTASTIC. Fresh. Care put into the meals is obvious. There were an abundance of pancake choices like red velvet and pb and banana. The egg skillets and omelet choices are creative and fun, like the piglet.The staff was courteous and helpful. A great place for breakfast and the lunch items that were coming from the kitchen looked wonderful too. Also very very decently priced! Budget Friendly, for sure. Definitely check this place out!! We will be back for sure!
