Best French bakery in the valley. Incredibly good coffee, sandwiches, and pastries. Olivier and his family along with the rest of the staff are warm and welcoming. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Tremendous local real deal nice French lady, Claudie. She built this place with love AND high quality bread and pastry. Highly recommended. She's from Montpelier, FR and knows her business. Delighted with her store and work. Go give her a shot! Quiche is also tops...
I ordered the Leek and Potato soup. It was delicious. I love coming here for the sandwiches and salads but this day was a little lacking. I ordered the soup which is reasonably priced but even the Quiche comes with a side of greens. A baguette would have been enough considering that it's called the Baguette Cafe.
Now that the weather is a little chillier it would be nice to see some soup and sandwich/salad combinations.
This is a very nice and quiet little cafe. Is located amongst business buildings so is not too easy to find, but what a find! Food is delicious!!! Freshly made food every morning. Prices are not necessarily low but the food is well worth it. Owners are extremely nice; amongst the nicest I've encountered lately. With soft music playing in the background is the perfect place for a hot latte, a croissant, and a magazine or newspaper in the morning. All in all: nice ambiance + great food = happy client. Definitely going back and definitely recommend to everyone.
Though I'd previously seen Baguette Cafe listed as a popular place on Postmates and on Yelp, I hadn't made the trek to test it. I was given an opportunity today and I must say that it was an overall great experience. The gentleman that runs the shop asked if I had come there before. I informed him that I hadn't. He gave me a very friendly tour of their menu and items on it. I appreciated his friendly nature and that he stepped back to give me time to decide. I met a business contact there a little after that introduction and he showed him similar care. My guest noted how delicious the coffee was and my fresh juice was equally good in a refreshing way. Just before I left, some croissants came out of the oven and filled the room with their intoxicating aroma. I purchased one to go right away. Overall, I'd feel comfortable recommending this place to anyone nearby and I'd certainly go back myself.
