Basic Minnesotan guy here. My wife and I are were looking for a low-key place for an afternoon drink. This place felt like a brewery back home. Low-key vibe, good variety, and friendly service. If you’re looking for a place that DOESN’T serve drinks by the yard, come here.
Chill little gastro pub. Not a very diverse selection but a good spot to hang and get out of the hustle and bustle of Fremont Street. If you're a big fan of brown ales you'll feel at home.
on a trip to vegas with my best friend i took her to banger brewing for a tour and it’s a small but cool brewery. they explain how they make which beers and talk about where the ingredients are sourced and stuff. they don’t allow many people, because it’s a small space and calls for a small handful of people at a time. they make very unique flavors of beer. they give you a tasting at the end of the tour and i was impressed with the espresso one the most. i had never heard of an espresso beer before, it was my favorite for sure. and they give you a good amount of beer to try, you might get a little bit drunk. great experience overall though. the tour guide was very kind and funny.
Love the atmosphere and location of this place. Right near the entrance of Freemont street, so fantastic people watching. Both indoor and patio seating. Also the lady cooks up snacks outside, decent bar menu. The beers were a bit lack luster. I tried 5 of the 8 home beers they had on tap that day, and I did not find any of them super enjoyable.
