Big Jerk

The food was extremely good. Very few places in town to order oxtails, This one was very good and very authentic. Definitely worth trying this place if you want to switch up your dinner.

#1 Jerk Chicken meal was excellent. Chicken was tender and flavoursome and the mac n’cheese tasty. Festival was bit dry. Portions were big so the regular is more than enough for 1 person. Liked the interior decor- zinc tin sheets on walls reminded me of downtown Kingston back streets

So the food was ok, staff was friendly, debated between 3 and 4 quite a bit, ultimately went with three because I really hate eating chicken off the bone, so I ordered the stew expecting it to be bone free. I also felt the portion was on the small side for the price. Maybe if I'd ordered something else might enjoyed it more. Consider this a 4 if you like your chicken on the bone.

Best Jerk in Vegas but not as authentic as it could be in comparison to Florida or New York but it’ll satiate a craving. Chicken was a bit dry but a small container of sauce was offered on the side that would’ve been better served directly on the chicken. Macaroni and cheese is a little weird, spicy and has bell pepper in it. Plantains and rice and peas were perfect. Took a while but I knew that from the previous reviews so can’t really be upset about that.

The customer service wAs nice. He read the order to me, I in return read it back since he forgot an item. He then read it back to me correctly. So why is it that my order was still wrong when I got home. There was an item missing from my combo. This was my first time going and not a very good experience. The food was very good. So I will give them one more chance and if the experience is the same or worse. I shall never return. Because for real, I can make what's on the menu myself, but its nice to have someone else do it.
