BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I love fried chicken and I had heard about this place through a friend. It was expensive but I had to come for their famous chicken and waffles ($36 USD)! I was worried it might be overpriced but IT WAS AMAZING. No regrets! The chicken is brined for 27 hours and it was so moist, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The spiced watermelon was refreshing (never had it before) and the cheddar waffles were fluffy and delicious. Another noteworthy item are the biscuits! Wow we've never had biscuits like this before. They were incredibly buttery and soft and fluffy and we could've eaten so many of these! It comes with honey butter and homemade jam as well. Lastly we ordered a smoked brisket sandwich and it was huge. It came with fries and we couldn't finish it but the smoked brisket was very tender and not dry. Highly recommend!

There are so many restaurant choices in Las Vegas. But none more homey and laid back with an upscale Southern flair than Yardbird at the Venetian.
Dark wood, casual leather couches and chairs seem in perfect harmony with more traditional high top dining and at-the-bar seating. Relaxed, calm and away from the voltage of the gaming area and constantly flashing lights that beckon. A respite.
As for the food, it's Southern with smart twists. Homemade biscuits and gravy, shrimp and grits, fried green tomato BLTs. All served efficiently with charming staff.

Today there was a mix up on the temps of my wife and I's steaks. Before it could have been a ruined meal. Nicholas our server quickly took the steaks back and then the Manager Wayne came to the table and showed us how true customer service is alive and well at BJ's. He brought us two complementary salads then went back and personally cooked our steaks to perfection. To often today customer service is an afterthought today it acctualy warmed our hearts and made the food even better. Thank you Wayne and your amazing staff. We will be back.

We had a wonderful experience at BJ's tonight. Our waitress, Ashley C., was amazing! She was very friendly, personable and came to check on us frequently. The food was amazing as well!

We went during peak time tonight. We had great service both at the bar and then once we were seated for dinner. The food was delicious as were the drinks. Both our server at the bar and dining room were outstanding!! Wont hesitate to come back next time we are in town.
