Very nice restaurant with great atmosphere. I had went in with the expectation that it was more dressy than casual, and was surprised by a lot of patrons dressed extremely casual. I did feel over dressed, but it was my birthday, so I went with it!
The food was great! Everything was prepared well, delicious, and high quality.
The service is where things fell off a bit. The server had been informed it was my birthday from the hostess (who was very sweet), however, the server kept addressing my cousin, saying happy birthday to her and even brought her a birthday dessert. When someone else in our party ordered a drink, the server told him he shouldn’t get it and brought him something else that he did not care for. And then brought out the wrong drinks to others in our party.
All in all we had a good time and enjoyed the food.
Amazing food and incredible service. Boucho Steak was melt in your mouth. The truffle fries were exquisite. All staff felt welcoming and attentive. Service is equivalent to the service in Japan. My wife enjoyed her birthday dinner. With my 5 year old daughter's tree-nut allergy, they made sure the food they were serving was okay for her to eat.
I go to Bouchon for brunch every time I visit Vegas. It is an absolute must. I've yet to find a miss on their menu. The coffee here is also amazing. My favorites are the deviled eggs (a special), the crab Benedict, and any of their "hash". It's all made from scratch.
Get yourself some French onion soup or escargot too. This place is divine.
We had booked our brunch at Bouchon's well before getting to Vegas and was really looking forward to the experience. The ambiance of this restaurant is simply amazing. In all honesty the meal started off amazing, we ordered the pastry platter and wow, it was simply amazing. But that was the bright spot, don't get me wrong the food wasn't bad, it was good, based off what I had heard my expectation was high. We ordered a wide array of food and shared it. Next to the pastry the next best dish was the oysters. While the oysters were a bit pricey they were fresh and the accouterments were on point. Overall the main dishes deserved a 3 star rating but the pastries, 5 star all the way.
