Bruges Belgian Bistro Summerlin

Bruges has the most crispy and delicious french fries (frites) I have had. You can order the frites in small, medium, or large, and they come with a half dozen different choices of sauces like curry ketchup or other aoili-flavores tomato and non-tomato combinations. I definitely want to go back to also try their waffles, which you can order sweet like apple pie, chocolate, etc. or savory like fried chicken and waffles. The place is small but there's plenty of seating inside and outside. It's a hidden gem, just on the corner of Russell Road and Hualapai in the South Summerlin area. Definitely a good place to check out if you want a tasty sandwich (Croque Monsieur, for example) and fries.

one of my favorite spots to eat in salt lake now they here in Vegas but yeah they have great customer service and yes the food is Phenomenal the Machine gun is a must try and the waffles is out this world Hella glad they came to Vegas

This place is the best restaurant ever! It has kind workers and amazing food. The fries are the best! They give you large portions of food for the best prices! I would definitely recommend this place any day!

TWO things. First of all, about Gary, (the owner), arguably one of the most humble human beings I have ever had the privilege to know. He invited me to give his new business a taste, and HOLY MOLY, I was not ready for the flavor these burgers hold. Leads me to number two. We’ve all had a burger, it’s a bun with meat in it, but not these burgers... these were BEYOND that... The first bite and I think the entire restaurant heard my reaction from how blown away I was. I had the Ricky, and I can tell you that I was deeply flabbergasted at how TASTY it was. The flavors from the meat itself, to the sauces I had in it, and don’t even get me started on the FRIES. Made to order, right there, nothing frozen, and DELICIOUS!!! I can’t rate this establishment high enough. We need more stars on this rating scale. Beyond 5/5!!!! Amazing place!!! Tell your friends!!!!
