I stop by and had a taste and it was great. The greeensss are great and the sweet potatoes also. I had no bones in mine. He had listen to the reviews and correct it.
Was sight seeing/exploring away from the Las Vegas strip. Hungry and saw Byron and his wife very cool people. And wanted to try local bbq not some chain I could eat at home in Texas. I got the 3meat plate with double macaroni. Very soft and juicy meat. Byron says he doesn't use any sauce and it's so yancey tender you don't need any. The chicken is juicy as was everything else. My next Vegas trip I'm going to stop by for sure. Def recommend
I had driven by this truck several times and wanted to try it out. After looking at the menu I thought it was a bit pricey for a small combo plate from a place with no overhead but decided to try anyway.
I wanted to get a sample of a few things so I got the $25 3 meat combo. Came with 2 slices of brisket (ok), 2 ribs (ok) and 2 rib tips (ok). Came with beans (good), 2 pieces of cornbread (good), macaroni n cheese (ok) and some greens. The greens were (really good) with the exception of bones (as pictured) in them. Could’ve been a choking hazard but I got lucky.
Anyway... the food was decent. I may try again in the future but the prices are pretty high. For that same price I could eat at any numerous sit down bbq place in Vegas.
Also only took cash this day (cc machine down?)
