Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

[REVISED] Originally I had this place at a full 5 star rating, however their sandwich quality has decreased significantly. I'm not sure if it's the franchisee trying to boost margins, or Capriotti's HQ trying to save money, but the sandwiches are much smaller and the amount of fillings have shrunk. Until recently, I could order a cheesesteak or meatball sub, and it would literally be dripping ingredients out of the sides, and the meatballs were huge, probably 2" in diameter. Now, once you close the sandwiche you can't even tell what's in it. This is particularly disappointing, since from where I sat I was staring at the menu boards showing pictures of a sandwich that looks nothing like mine.

The sole bright spot is the cleanliness of the restaurant and the service of the employees, who were all top notch, and we're extremely fast at prepping our order.

I left here hungry, and wishing I could have a sandwich like the one in the pictures. I'd advise people to take a pass on this location, and go to a different one.

Great service 5 Stars to Haley!!! She was patient and offered suggestions. The story was clean and the food was fresh. I would definitely be returning to this establishment for more great food and good old fashioned customer service... Great job!!!

Staff was extremely friendly and created a fun and welcoming environment, they were having fun while working, which is very inspiring. Would love to see this in more resteraunts. I couldn't help but laugh at their jokes. It has made me come back several times and I will come back even more.

Capriotti's Sandwich is one of the best sandwich makers. The bread is fresh and has the "right" sandwich taste. The meats are of excellent quality which makes it all come together as the perfect sandwich. Usually get the "Bobbie" which is delicious. Tried their "Italian" and it was superb. Don't know what I'll try next.
