Charcoal Room

This is the neatest restaurant! Friendly service and the food is great. The prices are very reasonable. I keep going back.

Great Birthday Celebration. Excellent food and service as always. However, the size of the desert they brought for the occasion with 4 spoons was laughable. I suggest they either just bring 1 spoon and the dessert tray or a dessert large enough to share.

Service, was exceptional. Was it because restaurant was slow...jury still out on that. Prices very reasonable. Why the 3 stars only? Well personally, I did not get the feeling of being in a higher end restaurant...the atmosphere or ambiance just wasn't there. But in all fairness, it was a slower night. This only means it justifies another trip or meal to the Charcoal Room. Especially with the reasonable prices they charge for the wide veriety of food choices (seafood, steaks, etc).

My husband and I just enjoyed one of the best meals ever! I had the Kansas City strip and my husband, the rib eye. The portions were sizable, the food was seasoned to perfection and the service was awesome! My server Jennifer was amazing; as was the manager who waited for me to return from the ladies room prior to bringing my steak to the table, so that it would be hot. If you're visiting the Santa Fe Station Casino be sure to visit the charcoal room. It's an experience you will remember.
