This restaurant is one of my new favorites! I have never been treated with such kindness, fun, and like family before this place. When I arrived in Vegas till the time I left (5 nights), I ate here 3 times. Yes, you read correctly, THREE times! The food was absolutely amazing that I cried a little, because one of the dishes reminded me of a childhood favorite - flan - but with a twist (see "roasted corn" picture). The staff was amazing! Sarah, at the bar, welcomed us with such kindness and knowledge of drinks that I left knowing a little more than what I walked in with. Our waitress sierra (sorry if I misspelled your name), was so accommodating with dish recommendations and combinations that I left happily full. The atmosphere was a very dim chic with beautiful light fixtures and very open rooms - where you don't feel enclosed. I would recommend going to this restaurant if you're into some amazing Latin inspired dishes and amazing staff!
I absolutely loved my brunch at CHICA. This place is esthetically pleasing to the eye. The restaurant looks so Bohemian and chic. I felt very cool just being there.
In addition to how beautiful this place is, the food is amazing. It’s so tasty and fresh. My party shared a ton of items, but it didn’t feel like we were overly full. The food still felt very light and clean. I love that.
My party of about 8 or 9 made a reservation in advanced, so seating was easy and fast. My group decided to do brunch which was fantastic. I went simple, but the flavors of my items were definitely complex. For example, the avocado toast. It was so good. Not to over shine the avocado, but this delicious toast had pickled onions, pepitas, pomegranate, and I believe some type of vinaigrette drizzle. It was so good.
I loved this experience, and I would for sure come back again. I would love to try the dinner menu as well.
This place is convenient to dine at before a show at the Venetian theatre. You are within 2 mins walking distance to the theatre. I had the pleasure of having the Chilean sea bass before my Anita Baker show. It was divine. The flavors were subtle but THERE!! Delicious and worth every penny!
DELICIOUS!! Everything I tried was just delectable. My friends and I raced about this place over and over. Only annoyance was the guacamole serving size (quite small). You must come here when you visit Las Vegas. I also really loved the dance floor. If you’re not a big club person but still like to have a good time, this is a great middle ground! Who doesn’t love salsa dancing?
Best meal I had in Vegas by far. The staff was very attentive, the waiter very formal and always checking up on us. Every time a meal was brought out, they let us know what ingredients made up the dish.
We had the octopus as an appetizer and it was delicious. The sides of corn and the fries were phenomenal, the main courses left nothing to be desired. And finished it off with a skull chocolate dessert! Had no complaints, and guessing by old reviews they must have read them as they let us be known the tip was automatically added to the bill.
Highly recommend going when in town.
