Mood - Tacos

Today we were in the area and hunger was the main focus. After no one could come to a conclusion we all opted for Tacos. I mean you cant go wrong with that in my world.

Upon entering was quickly greeted. There was a small line. Once we got to the counter the guy who rang us up gave the low down. He said it is only tacos. No beans, no rice, just a few drinks and a dessert that is offered. You order at the front counter, find seating, and the food is brought out to you.

We opted for the Tacos de Carne Asada, Tacos de Camaron, and Tacos de Chilaquile. Now I will admit the flavors are robust. It is almost a fusion of sorts with the sauce that is used. My highlight was that Chilaquile taco. I would come back again just for that.

Interior is very nice. There are several table and chair arrangements. Everything is very clean and nicely decorated. Music was playing in the background. Staff were very courteous.

Would def recommend - pricing was reasonable for the quality and presentation. I like that the menu is simple. Not to many options so they can perfect what they have. We have added this to our list of must return and try more items.

The tacos are delicious and we’ll definitely be coming back every time we’re in the neighborhood. Really enjoy the seating inside as well. This is truly elevated food at a great price, something difficult to find these days!

What a pleasant surprise.... Walking in the place is gorgeous 😍 and the music sets the mood. (playing banda de synth pop) chill vibes and delicious food! I ordered the tacos de camarón. The flour tortillas are hecho de mano and that smokey chipotle sauce is mmmmmm! The shrimps were cooked perfectly plump deliciousness. I'd definitely be coming back and HIGHLY Recommend you trying it for yourself.

Slightly elevated tacos, with the camarones (spicy shrimp & slaw) and chilaquiles (tortillas strip, egg & green chile breakfast) being the stars.

I like their limited menu, meaning just serve a few great things and don't kowtow to the masses (mommy I want chicken strips).

I think they use the chewier Sonoran style tortillas instead of plain flour on their star tacos, folded into a nice hefty U-shape.

The drinks were similarly curated and simple, yet large! Jamaica hibiscus tea and a dirty horchata (latte).

Some aspects could improve. The ambiance is coffee shop (lounge music and people hanging on laptops) - seems purposeful so I'll not say this is a true negative - give it time. The carne asada was a little shallow in flavor and "normal" - this is ok, but contrasted to their elevated other tacos, it just didn't scream order again.

All in all great new place. I'll be back.

The food here was great. I really enjoyed the taco. The service was very nice. The taco I go was the Taco De Asada and the Taco De Lengua. The serving was small, but the food was very good. I definitely recommend this place to Vegas locals.
