Amazing place. Delish cheese duck Reuben can't get much better than that with melted havarti cheese and amazing mustard.

Great place! Easy spot to stop for great cheese or cured meats, but also a cool restaurant with beautiful and tasty salads, sandwiches, etc. Give it a try.

The passion Michael has for quality shines through in his food. My husband and I randomly stumbled into this shop to grab a bite before hitting the road and ended up having one of the better meals in Vegas we’ve ever had. The selection of cheeses and meats is great, we ordered a Italian sandwich and a grilled cheese. Both delicious! Had a chance to speak with the owner Michael for a bit, really great guy who loves what he does. We will be back again! Thank you so much.

Just had the Duck Reuben and it was fantastic! The sandwich was so well balanced and had a nice smokey flavor. Not too far away a from the strip and worth the visit. The staff was friendly and let us sample some different cheeses too.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It is a small simple deli that makes a perfect lunch break spot. But more importantly you can go in and just order some meat or cheese. That being said, some of the cheeses are the best I've ever had, also the the selection is superb. Meats are good too. If you didn't know what you were looking for, the name can be confusing, but I think its clever. Now get out there and go eat some CHEESE!????????????
