Del Taco

There was a slight operator error When I put in my initial order at the drive up menu. As I pulled closer to the checkout window, my boyfriend corrected the order and I was immediately embarrassed. The reason we stopped here this evening was because it was taco Tuesday, and the incorrect order I had just placed would’ve put us past our budget.

When I finally arrived at the checkout window I was greeted by Timothy ( A+++ for customer service) Who immediately corrected my mistake. Additionally he yelled back to the chefs so in the case they were in the middle of making my order, they wouldn’t have to waste their efforts.

The employees were great. 1am Christmas morning, two employees (poorly planned Del Taco) and a long line of Scrooges behind us. The woman who helped us probably didn't want to be there but was very apologetic about our 30 minute wait. Things to work on - more employees because drivers left due to the long wait and chicken was frozen so not available due to lack of staff. They lost more money than they saved. Only gave 4 star because of woman that helped us.

Best mexican fast food in town. Good food in a always clean store. That's all you need

I love Del Taco but the last 3 occasions I dined at this location the flour tortillas were stale and chewy. Other than that, just fine... And their salsa Verde is delicious.

I always go to del taco during dinner or late night and I am always happy to see Emily either at the window, or taking my order in front. She is very accurate and patient with my order, always makes sure she has everything correct for me, she just always makes my visit enjoyable !
