Was in there a few days ago,it was pretty busy and only two workers and the two there were very inexperienced and a bit rude. Waies almost 20 minutes for a simple bagel and crescent and they gave it to the wrong person. Then when we asked how much longer it would be the guy said it's okay very rudely. Went in today way better workers and way better experience. I know anyone can have a bad day so they still get 4 stars for now.

Both of the guys that helped us went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience - made thoughtful menu suggestions, showed genuine friendliness, and checked on us when we finished. Truly exemplary. Well worth your visit.
