(April 25, 2020, 3:58 am)Food is great, no one has ever been rude to me. I didn't give 5 stars because I witness a cashier be rude to an elder customer that advised her to wear her mask over her nose. I understand its trying times for everyone. Thre last we can do is to wear our masks properly.

(March 14, 2020, 10:25 pm)The food is great! A huge variety of bagels and sandwiches with a good selection for vegetarians. The plain bagels are also vegan. The staff is very welcoming, and the shop is clean. Good coffee, too.

They need to keep their restrooms clean. This is important.
