El Yaqui Mexican Food & Desserts

Nothing short of amazing. Got the bacon wrapped hotdog, birria tacos, papancha, and an Oreo cheesecake to finish off. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. First bite of the hotdog and I was amazed with how well the flavors mingled together, like fix your marriage it was so good. The birria tacos omg, may have just earned my favorite birria tacos in the valley. Never had a papancha before but now I know where to get the best “loaded baked potato” in town! I will 100% be ordering from them again with how easy the online experience was - their menu is so descriptive and accurate!

The staff is beyond helpful and kind, going out of their way to help me out. Had a few order mixups when I picked up but they were so quick to fix the issues and take ownership of the problems, the customer service is definitely on par with the food quality! They even brought my food to my car since the wind was gusting 25+mph. Beyond impressed with all of the staff. Best food truck experience yet.

Visiting from Los Angeles and found this spot on Google, after seeing good reviews I decided to try out the quesabirrias and even tries the KetoBirria taco, it was delicious definitely recommend this place its hard finding good food trailers with excellent and friendly customer service! Will definitely be back

Just tried this place tonight and I will definitely be back! You can tell, from the way they packaged the order, to the fresh tasting and flavorful food, that only high quality individuals are working here. I would recommend the quesabirria tacos. The asada fries were also really good. Next time I'll be sure to try a dessert. Thanks keep making killer food
