Amazing food by an amazing couple! Flew in from SF and was our second stop! The Dan Dan noodles and scallion pancakes and tofu salad are a must!

Was visiting vegas & before my trip saw this as a hidden gem on YouTube so I decided to try it and it didn’t disappoint, The service was great in this small family owned restaurant. The scallion pancakes w/ the citrus soy dip was so good mad that I didn’t get seconds to take home, it was light and crispy. The Dan Dan noodles were delicious & even great the next day. Finally the lou ru fan & Vietnamese iced coffee I wanted to order the whole menu, everything was worth the trip away from the strip. Get there early‼️

Good experience for the most part. Ran out of food one day. Came back the next. Busy. About a 30 minute wait from walk-in to food. Meal was authentic and interesting. Rice was a little undercooked on some grains and overcooked on others, which was disappointing. Tough to serve perfect multigrain rice. I commend them for making that they’re standard draw. The couple was working their butts off trying to keep ahead of the rush. They did a good job overall. I’ll try again down the road. I’m fairly sure this is the same peeps from flock and fowl/fat choy.

Every Grain is a humble, unpretentious shop serving delicious food from a small menu. I love this place, here's why:

Having spent a lot of money at expensive 'fancy' restaurants in the strip and feeling thoroughly disappointed, I gave Every Grain a try, and I was so glad I did.

Items tried were the Crispy Skin Chicken Lu Rou Fan, Dan Dan noodles, Sesame noodles, Scallion Pancake, and the Hainan Chicken Rice. Every dish was delicious, tasty, and affordable. Both the fried crispy skin chicken and the Hainan Chicken were very tender and well cooked, and I enjoyed the flavours and textures of the Every Grain rice blend. I also liked the iced Vietnamese coffee.

Being a Singaporean, I think I can comment on the Hainan Chicken Rice with some authority. I was heartened to hear that Chef Sheridan Su spent 7 days in Singapore eating 32 dishes to learn about the food, before creating his own take on Chicken Rice. I think this alone says enough. The rice, while not quite the same as the Singaporean version, was absolutely delicious and hearty in its own way. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and I thought the soup and his own scallion and chilli sauces complemented the dish well. The rest of the dishes were excellent as well, and portioned generously for the price.

The eatery is small and unassuming, and the front service is run by his wife Jenny Wong, who was very kind to us and made us feel right at home.

As a result, Every Grain easily earns my 5 star rating.

    Highly Recommended.
