Farmer Boys

Farmer Boys is a real neighborhood restaurant. I frequented them when I lived in southern CA and was delighted to find one in my current neighborhood. They have wonderful fish and chips, great burgers (even the plant-based ones) and great breakfasts. My criteria: great food, good portions, and decent price.

We went for breakfast and took it to go as we didn’t really want to sit down at a restaurant. I got an omelette and it was amazing! Actual eggs from shell to their flat top!! Would definitely have again anytime. My wife got the cob salad, the ingredients were evenly proportioned, it was a very big and filling salad and tasted very good.

Excellent food. It is all fresh prepared so it takes a few minutes, but totally worth it. Service is decent. Pretty good burgers as well.

We originally thought this was a nice sit down restaurant. Was surprised when we got there and saw it was more fast food style. Regardless, the food was still excellent. I had a nice breakfast burrito. I believe everyone else in my group was satisfied as well.
