My best friend and I have made going to lunch at Firehouse Sub's a ritual for when I come in off the road for home time...the subs are always delicious and filling and we honestly won't go anywhere else

I've been coming to this firehouse subs for at least 6 or 7 years now and it's always been great. Except for the last 6 months to a year or so I feel like it's been going downhill as far as quality and definitely in the selection of sauces they carry. I stopped there for dinner tonight and every single sauce was empty and I even had to ask for a replacement bottle of their signature bbq sauce.
Usually they have like 15 to 20 sauces to choose from. Tonight there was like 6 and like I said, they were all pretty much empty.
I hope this location gets better because it's the closest one to my house.

I was nicely greeted upon entering the store. They were right there to take my order. Everything in my order was right on spot it was 100% delicious. The general manager Carrie was very delightful to speak with and very helpful. Keep up the good work and I will return to this location
