Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

Lovely Brazilian steakhouse. I love the salad bar; everything is fresh and appetizing! The grilled meats are perfectly seasoned, not salty unlike the other popular places. Service is very good too; attentive and friendly staff.

Having been to Fogo in other cities, I have to say I was a little disappointed with this one. The food and drinks were excellent as is to be expected at Fogo given the price, but the service let this one down somewhat. The servers bringing the meat around were just trying to do too much too fast. One actually spilled the juices of his meat onto my lap, but was moving so hastily that he didn’t even notice! Several times the meat didn’t make it to one end of the table, despite there being plenty left on the skewer. I expected better service and at least equal offerings of meat to the whole table!

Like an angel from heaven, our server, Evelyn descended from on high and, though a vegetarian, was, and is, now my life long guide through the adventure that is amazing meat and enjoyable dining experiences.

To say that my two hours spent with Evelyn was worthwhile is like saying that my brother is losing his hair. It vastly understates the state of affairs that is at play here. That man is a full on bald eagle and Evelyn is great. Keep her, pay her more. Promote her.

Holy smokes! This place was delicious. For carnivores. Good salad bar. Meat options are plentiful and tasty. Not for the faint of heart when it comes to the price. Went for a business dinner.

Absolutely the best steakhouse in Las Vegas! My family and I visited Fogo for my brothers birthday and it was the most memorable experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant. The salads were delicious, the meats were amazing and cooked to our temperature of preference! We had the best service and the best time at Fogo! We definitely recommend this amazing restaurant!
