Came in for the first time yesterday. Had the Cadillac margarita, Best In Town! Food was great. Had a nice selection of items. Would definitely come back

Owner run, fantastic food, great service. My family have been enjoying their food for over 8 years. A true gem in culinary delight in Las Vegas.

After having a few beverages across the street at PKWY Tavern, my wife and I were in the mood for some Mexican food. We tried Frank & Fina's since it had a good rating. Normally, we would go to Juan's Flaming Fajitas down the street (not our favorite place for Mexican but when we don't feel like driving down to Decatur, Juan's is a good choice). On thing about Juan's is that it gets a bit smoky from the Fajitas. This particular night, we didn't wish to go home smelling like the restaurant. The hostess and servers were pleasant. The ambiance was appropriate for the venue, too. Nothing we had to eat or drink was bad. Prices were moderate/fair, too. Anyone who reads my reviews know that food quality, taste, and service are important. The quality was average and the taste was just alright. Given the strong reviews by others, I expected so much more. This wasn't a bad place, but it was not worthy of future visits by us. There are definitely better options in the Valley.

Food is great and service is always fantastic. I have never been disappointed coming here. Also, try the vegetarian dishes. I'm not a vegetarian, but they are great!

A very adorable family run business. Quality and quantity were outstanding, as was pricing!. Staff were professional and friendly. We were so hungry we forgot to take pictures of the food before eating, but we couldn't finish it all!
