Kaitlyn's basically a ramen sommelier; not only do I know what "dare" is now, I also learned that it's made in-house. Looking forward to trying the other varieties and upping my culinary game.

(August 24, 2019, 8:21 pm)I've had half the recipes on their menu and haven't had anything less than excellent. The chef trained in Japan for 4 years, doesn't take shortcuts, and crafts a humble ramen into something that is an enjoyable meal every time. My preferred fast lunch of choice. Wait times are good, prices are good, and the decor is both tasteful and comfortable. Lauren and Hector will treat you right.
