Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas

Visited on 04/05/2022 and had a great time. Food was amazing as always but one draw back to our visit was our waiter (Paul)! He was not very friendly and it was a task to get our order taken. At one point we went for at least 30 minutes without seeing him anywhere and when he finally showed up and we tried to order, we were told that he had to do something else first before coming back to our table. Nevertheless the fact that our party of 4 and another table were the only ones in the beer garden area.

The valleys premier German restaurant and entertainment venue. Communal style seating in the main hall, a more intimate seating arrangement in the other. They feature live entertainment, and it’s great. We were seated right away, and although we came during the lull between lunch and dinner, it was still busy. Our hostess was affable and our drinks were on the table almost immediately. The schnitzel was sensational, and the side dishes were amazing as well.Nice crunchy fries, and the pretzel appetizer was soft and warm. Absolutely love it here, I’d love to be here for Oktoberfest this year..!

AVOID this tourist trap. Was looking forward to going to this place for German food , ended up being the McDonald’s equivalent of German food. Took 20 minutes to get our order taken, and food can be described as good , but not great. Food arrived barely warm so you could tell it probably sat in the expo window for a while. For two people and 20% tip to the bartender who was busting his A behind the bar it was $65 plus valet

Had two tables going and ordered the Family style feast said to feed 5. We split it amongst the table and was plenty for all of us as our main filler was the beer! Great spread, roast was a little dry though, but everything else was good.

Amanda and Julian were great! Amanda took
care of us from open to close and was the most accommodating with any of our requests and needs. Friendly, high spirited, and a beautiful personality. Same goes with Julian who we were told wss the hardest hitter there! Didn't recognize her at first but her hit jolted my memory of her hitting me back in 2017! Was great to see her again and will try to get another group back. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful structure both inside and out. The service was great, friendly, and speedy. I am not well versed in German food but I definitely know what tourist prices are, and that is what lost the last star. It was good but the value for money was not quite there.

That being said, I would go back again with a large group since the experience was very fun!
